Alessandro Martorelli, Martoz, is an Italian artist born in 1990.
He already made pubblications and collaborations and worked for movies, festivals and associations; his artworks have been exposed all over the world.
Martoz is an illustrator, cartoonist and atreet artist, and collaborated for DOTS Fest in Poggibonsi with a mural near the Pieraccini school; main character of the artwork is a vegetarian monkey that eats numbered apples: the children could observe the mural and also play with it by throw a ball against the painted fruits. About this new work the artist said:
I was inspired by this place – a school – to create something to which children can directly come to contact to learning by playing.
