By 1991, perhaps Monteriggioni’s Medieval festival is the most famous Tuscan event in its kind, unmissable both for historic recreations passionate peole and for whoever want to spend a day absorbed into a faraway age, different and arcane.A place that preserves all the charm and majesty of ancient times, able to inspire our eminent poet Dante Alighieri: inside the walls is where the Medieval atmosphere is recreated every year in July.
Every little street and square will reflect the lights of old times, every stone in the town will see knights and ladies back to life, as much as acrobats and artisans, poets and jesters, who will lead you inside an arcane and charming time.
